All children must be registered prior to competing for trophies and prizes.  Contact information will not be shared; information will be used for the fishing derby.  I will take full responsibility for the safety of my child while participating in the shay lake fishing derby 2022.  The shay lake fishing derby board and committee members will not be held liable for the safety of any child while participating in this event.  I understand that all fishing is to be done from land only.  I further understand that absolutely no fishing will be done from sea walls, docks, bridges, or boats.  I grant permission for photographs/video tapes of my child/children to be posted in the news media.
