Art Slater began his professional career in 1991, where he formed a consulting firm. The firm was created to support both small business owners and individuals with real estate investments strategies, financial organizational strategies, effective business structure and financial planning.

 

In 1993, He began working in the educational sector as a coach, mentor and instructor. Working with students in and out of the classroom,  differentiated instruction was essential and utilized continually to reach all of the students. The classroom experience proved to be invaluable and this understanding also shined the light on the need for additional programs to aid in the development of adolescents, so that they can reach their full potential.

 

In the roll of Executive Director for CampArtis.org, Art is involved in the creation, development and implementation of all of its programs. With an extensive background and experience, Art proves to be extremely knowledgeable in all of the organization’s programs. 

 

Art Slater obtained his Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching in addition to a B.A Degree in Finance. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license, a Commercial Driver’s license, and a State of MI Teaching certificate w/ Vocational Education endorsement.
